Job description of Tata Steel Recruitment 2025
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Employment Type: Contractual
- Locations of Posting (1 position per Block):
- Blocks in Jharkhand – Musabani, Dumaria, Gurabandha
- Blocks in Odisha – Kamakhyanagar, Parjang, Kankadahada
- Reporting Relationship: Block Learning Coordinator—>Project Officer—>Project Manager
Key Deliverables:
- Oversee and review the activities of Support Teachers, FLN Volunteers, and Cluster Learning facilitators.
- Taking charge of all learning initiatives at the block level
- Planning and ensuring timely implementation of learning initiatives at the block level
- Capacity building of learning facilitators, Support Teachers, and FLN Volunteers of program staff
- Planning and conducting orientation of govt. teachers
- Rapport building and Liaisoning with BEO, CERCs, and related stakeholders
- Reviewing and Managing data and report on learning initiatives at the block level
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of learning initiatives of the program
- Any other deliverables required by the program
Work experience in years: Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in the development sector.
Technical Skill Sets
- Proficient in MS Excel and data management
